The hotel offers reasonably sized, clean rooms, but they were on the small side for two people. I had to ask for some bulbs to be replaced as they were out from Day-1. The service was professional and helpful starting from the doorman to the reception staff, although there was an incident where they insisted I take cash from the cash machine to pay. The location, while providing immediate access to Almati's attractions, is currently dark and not well lit due to road construction. The dining options, open from 7:00 to 10:00, offered a good variety of food despite not meeting 4-star expectations. The hotel itself is definitely value for money.
